I never stopped running and I didn’t talk to anyone during the race. I didn’t like the part when I started running in the beginning of the race because I felt so nervous my legs weren’t working properly. Once in the race I had this stomach problem and it really hurt so I had to squeeze my stomach. I have improved my place by one. I also made my high score. My score was 9 seconds more then my last score. I felt good even though I didn’t finished in the top ten but I am pretty proud of myself for doing my best in the race. I also used self-talk.
